  5. A Lench is a contractor we know and trust, not only from a cost point of view as we work together and overcome and difficulties. But also from a professionalism as they are our no1 brickwork contractor within our region. And would happily say within our top 3 contractors across the whole region. They aren’t just happy to do their job and go home, they are always looking to see what can be improved, what can be done better, and where possible money can be saved for both parties. Which is a very hard to come by trait these days in contractors.

A Lench Building Contractors Ltd are very safety conscious, their RAMS are detailed and followed on site. Site staff are respectful of site rules regarding PPE and safety procedures at all time. One of the key strengths of A Lench is the co-operation & flexibility to increase or decrease labour resources as required to meet programme/deadlines.

A Lench pride themselves on their quality of work and are one of the best bricklaying sub-contractors we employ in terms of number of RI’s and supervision of quality. They are quick to rectify any potential problems/issues at an early stage. I have never encountered any problems with this sub-contractor in terms of meeting programme dates.
