We specialise in all aspects of house building and industrial projects, operating over a wide area covering the Midlands and the Northwest of England.

Pre Construction, Support & Communication

A tender enquiry is received into our commercial department which is then taken off, quantified, priced & returned. We aim to turnaround all enquiries in timely & professional manor while maintaining communication throughout the pre construction phase.

Construction & Build

From Pre Start Meeting by engaging with our client to discuss the construction process and ironing out any early concerns. To commencing works supervised by our resident foreman and visiting contracts managers. A Lench Building Contractors ensure works are completed in line with programme and to the highest quality. Our dedicated team will work with our client providing a flexible approach to suit their needs right through to hand over.

Aftercare

Our dedicated customer aftercare department works to ensure all of our completed projects are given the ongoing aftercare required during the builds defects period. This department works to ensure all clients are cared for and have a friendly in house point of contact to communicate with. Customer Satisfaction is paramount to our business model. We are often approached to undertake customer care visits to projects undertaken by others to rectify any defects or imperfections that may have arisen.
